The work in Bo, Sierra Leone was spearheaded by Senesi Fawundu, a remarkable man, who recently stepped down from his role as a Member of Parliament in order to focus on building up the church in Bo. As he put it, "I had served my nation; now, I must serve my God."

 

He had contacted the World Reformed Fellowship, where Steve Curtis serves on both the Mission and Evangelism Commission and the Theological Education Commission, and the WRF asked that Steve go to facilitate this conference.

 

Steve says, "I was delighted to conduct a workshop, entitled Upon This Rock, which methodically worked through all that God has revealed about what a local church should be and do." Further Timothy Two training is scheduled for early 2019.
